The modified system introduces a low-amplitude, high-frequency ultrasonic vibration wave (mechanical wave) on the screen on the basis of the traditional vibrating screen, and superimposes a high-frequency low-amplitude ultrasonic vibrator on the screen, and the ultra-fine powder receives huge ultrasonic acceleration. , so that the material on the screen surface is always in a suspended state, thereby inhibiting adhesion, friction, leveling, and other blocking factors.
