Product Description for SY Test Sieve Shaker
SY test sieve shaker. Also known as: standard sieve, analytical sieve, particle size sieve. It is mainly used in the standard inspection, screening, filtration and detection of the particle size structure, liquid solid content and sundry amount of granular and powdery materials in the laboratory. Out of 2~7 particle segments, up to 8 layers sieves can be used.
The upper part of the test sieve shaker(inspection sieve) is composed of fixed nut, pressure plate, sieve cover, sieve frame, middle sieve frame, sieve bottom, isometric adjustment rod, etc. All parts are made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel.
Features
1. The whole machine is compact in design, reliable in quality, light in weight, small in size, convenient for placement and mobile use;
2. The relay circuit is carefully arranged, and the arrangement is stable and reasonable;
3. The screening accuracy is accurate and the efficiency is high, which can be screened to 0.025-3mm;

8. The sieve frame of the test sieve is made of SUS304 stainless steel by stretching and polishing, with a wall thickness of 0.5mm, uniform gloss, strong and durable, and no magnetism;
9. The screen mesh and the screen frame are fixed by tin welding to prevent the problem of relaxation and shaking.
