Product Description for Vertical Vibrating Elevator
Vertical vibrating elevator is applicable to powder, block and short fiber, widely used in the field of chemical, rubber, plastic, medicine, food, metallurgy, building materials machinery, mining and other industries. It can be made into an open or closed structure according to different production processing requirements.The machine conveys material by down-up and up-down two ways. Closed conveyor can effectively prevent harmful gases and dust from spilling. According to clients’ needs , we can change the structure of the machine, so that you can accomplish cooling, drying, screening and other processes while transporting material.
Working Principle
Two vibration motors are used by vertical elevator as the vibration source, the same model motors fixed in the lifting spout running along the opposite direction. The centrifugal force generated by the eccentric block of the vibration motor make reciprocating movement along the direction of throw, so the entire body supported in the shock absorber vibrates continuously, thus the material in the tank is moved upward or downward.

1. Compared with other kinds of conveyor, it will not crush the material while conveying it.

3. Large contact surface on a small floor space permits the conveying action to be combined with process functions such as cooling, heating, drying and moistening.

Applications
It is mainly used for conveying, cooling, heating, drying and humidifying granular materials. It is widely used in plastics, chemicals, rubber, medicine, light industry, food, metallurgy, building materials and other industries.
