Product Description for WLS Shaftless Screw Conveyor
WLS shaftless screw conveyor adopts the design of no central shaft, which makes the material conveying more smoothly, and effectively prevents the influence of clogging and entanglement. WLS Shaftless screw conveyors are generally arranged horizontally, and can also be placed obliquely, but the inclination angle will not exceed 30°.
Applications
WLS Shaftless screw conveyor can be widely used in chemical, building materials, metallurgy, grain and other sectors due to their design without a central shaft. Under the condition of inclination angle < 20 °, the conveying viscosity is not large, such as: sludge, cement, domestic waste, waste paper pulp, etc.
Features
1. Strong anti-winding property: Since there is no intermediate bearing, it has special advantages for conveying belt-shaped, viscous materials and easy-to-wind materials, which can avoid material blockage.
2. Large conveying capacity: the torque of the shaftless screw conveyor can reach 4000N/m, and the conveying capacity is 1.5 times that of the shaft.
3. Long conveying distance: The conveying length of a single machine can reach 60 meters, and multi-stage series installation can be adopted according to user needs.
4. Good sealing: The slot cover with proper gasket enables odorless operation and forms a barrier to prevent any atmospheric medium from entering the system. It can ensure the environmental sanitation and the delivered materials are not polluted, have no peculiar smell leakage, and ensure the sanitation of the conveying environment.
5. It can work flexibly: it can be single-point or multi-point feeding, which can realize the effect of discharging from the bottom and discharging from the end.
Classification of WLS shaftless screw conveyors
1. According to the Model
1)Single shaftless screw conveyor - composed of one screw body, without mixing and stirring functions.
2)Double shaftless screw conveyor - composed of two screw bodies, the direction of rotation of the screw blades is reversed to avoid jamming, the conveying capacity is 1.5-2 times that of a single screw, and it can simultaneously have the functions of conveying, mixing and stirring.
2.According to the Material
1)Carbon steel shaftless screw conveyor——made of Q235 carbon steel, suitable for conveying common materials
2)Stainless steel shaftless screw conveyor - 304/316 stainless steel material, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, not easy to rust, special for food and pharmaceutical industries
