YBS round tumbler screener is an efficient sieving equipment which is designed to meet the large out put, high-density sieving of the manufacturers. It is the most effective simulation of artificial sieving movement (sieving precision, efficiency, service life is 5-10 times than the common cylinder sieve), for the processing of all the fine and ultra-fine powder and special materials, particularly suitable for materials which are difficult to classify.
Working Principle for YBS round tumbler screener
YBS round tumbler screener is driven by an ordinary motor. The basic rotary motion is similar to manual screening, so that the material forms a horizontal and throwing three-dimensional tumbling motion on the screen. Axial propagation, adjusting the meridional and tangential angles on the oscillating body can change the movement trajectory of the material on the mesh surface.
