Fault 1: The vibration motor does not start after startup.
Should check and handle:
1. Is the power supply phase missing
2. Is the motor out of phase
3. Is the protective cover damaged and rubbing against the eccentric block
Fault 2: The vibration motor produces loud noise and generates heat after startup.
Should check and handle:
1. Does the vibration machinery and motor meet the installation requirements
2. Is the anchor screw securely fastened
Fault 3: Abnormal amplitude change after adjusting the eccentric block.
Should check and handle:
Are the eccentric blocks at both ends of the shaft symmetrically adjusted
