Ultrasonic vibrating screen is composed of ultrasonic power supply, transducer, resonance ring and connecting wire. The high-frequency electrical oscillation generated by the ultrasonic power supply is converted into high-frequency sinusoidal longitudinal oscillation wave by the transducer. These oscillation waves are transmitted to the resonance ring to make the resonance occur, and then the vibration is uniformly transmitted to the screen surface by the resonance ring. The materials on the screen mesh are subject to low-frequency cubic vibration and ultrasonic vibration at the same time, which can not only prevent mesh plugging, but also improve the screening output and quality

The function of ultrasonic system in vibrating screen:

1.Solve the problem of blocking the screen: the screen frame is subjected to a high-frequency low amplitude ultrasonic vibration wave from the transducer while doing three-dimensional operation under the action of the vibration motor, which makes the materials suspend on the screen surface at low altitude, thus effectively solving the problem of blocking the screen;

2.Secondary crushing: some materials will cause problems in the troupe when they are affected with moisture or static electricity due to friction. Under the action of ultrasonic wave, the materials caked in the troupe can be crushed again to increase the output;

3.Screening of light and heavy materials: when screening light and heavy materials, ordinary vibrating screen is prone to material escape and the screening accuracy is not up to the standard. Under the action of ultrasonic wave, ultrasonic vibrating screen can effectively improve the screening accuracy and reduce the problem of dust escape.
